In a report by the publication regarding a trip to the Donetsk region, published on October 25, it was mentioned that during dinner at a "cozy restaurant" in Khmelnytskyi, Stefanchuk told journalist Marcin Wyrwa that presidential elections in Ukraine would take place "in six to nine months."
However, later Stefanchuk denied this information, stating that based on this article, a "false information attack" had begun against him, and the content of the piece was "absolute and blatant falsehood."
"As long as martial law is in effect in Ukraine, there can be no manipulations or speculations regarding elections," the MP wrote.
According to Stefanchuk, he has never had dinner with Wyrwa.
