Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will sign a "100-year partnership" agreement in Kyiv, covering areas such as defense, science, energy, and trade, according to an agency citing the British government.
According to The Guardian, they will also discuss what security guarantees the UK can offer Ukraine, including the possibility of deploying British troops as part of post-war peacekeeping forces.
On January 10, Starmer's visit was announced by sources from Bloomberg and "Suspilne".
