"The enemy continues to take measures to alter the demographic composition of the population in the temporarily occupied territories. Russians are encouraging migrant workers from Central Asia to move to the occupied territories, promising a lack of migration pressure and residency permits," the report states.
The Center for National Resistance notes that as a result of such actions by the Russians in the Donetsk region, particularly in Mariupol, "the number of migrants replacing Ukrainians who have left the city due to occupation is rapidly increasing."
"The enemy aims to erase the cultural heritage of the region and eliminate any evidence that Russia is merely a temporary occupier of this land. Those residents who remain in the city are planned to be assimilated by the Russians. The Center for National Resistance emphasizes that Russia's goal in this war is the destruction of Ukraine as a state and Ukrainians as a nation. However, the resistance of the Ukrainians has become a significant obstacle to the Kremlin's plans," the material states.
