The head of the Office of the President explained that there were "internal considerations, known to very few," before the dismissals of officials, and recalled the onset of the large-scale invasion by the aggressor country, Russia.
"We are a small group of people who remained in Kyiv under the threat from Russia during the first few days. We need colleagues who are fully prepared for their work, which requires total physical and moral effort. We ask our soldiers to fight and risk their lives, and we expect the same from those who have state responsibilities and are capable of working 24 hours a day under pressure for years," said Ermak.
