Boryspil Airport has seen its fifth flight leave since the war began. It will take approximately a month to resume operations fully.

Аэропорт Борисполь уже отправил пять самолетов с начала войны. Возобновление рейсов ожидается через примерно месяц.

"When it comes to the acceptance or dispatch of a special flight, we have conducted several technical runs. […] This involves five aircraft. The media reported on four aircraft," said Dubrevsky.

According to him, as soon as the risks due to the war are minimized and the Ukrainian military permits flights, while the State Aviation Service "gives the green light," the resumption of air traffic will begin in Boryspil.

"The level of readiness is very high. If we talk about the acceptance or dispatch of a special flight, our readiness in summer is 24 hours, and in winter, under challenging weather conditions, it is 48 hours. To organize regular flights for passenger civil aviation, it will take three weeks to a month to launch the infrastructure in the required mode—assign personnel to their roles, conduct final training, and complete necessary procedures," Dubrevsky noted, as quoted by "Ukrinform".
