Anti-corruption activist Alexander Lemenov, who fled from the TCK through a window, has gone missing and is now wanted. According to "Ukrainian News," this information is confirmed by the data on the Ministry of Internal Affairs website.
Lemenov has been placed on the wanted list by the Belotserkovsky police department. It is noted that he disappeared on December 12, 2024. He is accused of evading military service (part 1 of article 336), which could result in a prison sentence of 3 to 5 years.
As reported by the media, Lemenov previously worked as a central analyst for the "CHESNO" project and in the "Reanimation Package of Reforms." He also served as an advisor to Ukraine's Attorney General Ruslan Ryaboshapka from August 2019 to March 2020. He holds the rank of reserve senior lieutenant and has been deemed fit for military service.
In January 2024, the media reported that Lemenov was hiding from mobilization in an apartment on Mitropolit Lipkivsky Street 37-V. When military personnel from the TCK and SP arrived, he escaped through a neighbor's window.
Current servicemen and Lemenov's colleagues in public activities have harshly criticized him for evading service.
