He noted that he traveled to the capital of Latvia, Riga, for a parliamentary summit of the Crimean platform and held a series of meetings.

I held a separate meeting with representatives of that part of the Russian emigration that, to the best of their abilities, is fighting against the dictator Putin and his entourage. However, the situation is very complex. Once again, I was convinced that the issue of the right of the oppressed peoples of Russia to self-determination is today and will remain the main 'stumbling block' in post-Putin Russia," wrote Chubarov.
The head of the Mejlis believes that "for Ukraine, it is extremely desirable to see the emergence of several independent states on the territory of modern Russia, created by the oppressed peoples."
In his opinion, this would guarantee that there will be no repetition of military threats from Moscow in the future.
