During the interview, Komarovsky discussed:
- the differences between Ukrainian medicine and European medicine;
- a new coronavirus epidemic;
- how to tackle the demographic crisis in Ukraine;
- Ukrainian refugees and whether they will return to Ukraine;
- when the war will end;
- the presidential elections in the USA and what Ukraine can expect from the next President Donald Trump;
- his thoughts on the illegitimate President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
"[When will the hot phase of the war in Ukraine end?] I believe it will be by the summer of 2025... Deep down, I have come to understand that, most likely, I will find answers to my fundamental and global questions in 2025. So, I have concluded that 2025 will be an existential year for the future of Ukraine. After the shooting stops, there will be six months that will determine the future of the country," Komarovsky said.
Komarovsky was born in 1960 in Kharkiv. He graduated from the pediatric faculty of the Kharkiv Medical Institute. He holds a PhD in medical sciences.
From 1991 to 2000, he was the head of the infectious diseases department at the Kharkiv Regional Children's Infectious Clinical Hospital. In 2006, he opened the "Klinikom" consulting medical center in Kharkiv.
Komarovsky is the author of numerous scientific works and hosts several television programs.
