"The situation [at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant] is consistently critical. No civilized individual is overseeing what is happening there. We understand that the IAEA, being present there, is unable to control the situation. It can only monitor, not control. These are completely different things," said Fedorov.
He warned that we should expect "the worst developments" at the ZNPP.
"The enemy can carry out anything, any provocation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant," Fedorov believes.
