Poland's Defense Minister explained his opposition to transferring MiG-29 aircraft to Ukraine.

Польский министр обороны разъяснил свои причины против передачи Украине истребителей МиГ-29.

According to him, Poland is supplying Ukraine with as much military equipment as it "can," with the only exception being "its own security." This refers to the MiG-29s that patrol Polish airspace. He emphasized that he "disagrees with the transfer of aircraft."

Commenting on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement regarding assistance to Ukraine, Kosiniak-Kamysz noted that it would be "easier for Zelensky if other countries were involved in this war," and emphasized that Poland is not a participant in the conflict.

The head of the Polish Ministry of Defense assured that Warsaw is providing the largest humanitarian and military aid to Kyiv and expressed that it "saddens him that this is often forgotten."
