"Putin, what's up with your face? The dictator's head is marred by a mysterious scar," the public writes.
The authors of the post point out that the "strange scar" is visible in photos taken on February 19, 20, and 21.
"On February 18 and 17, we saw the dictator from a different angle, and we didn't notice anything. However, on February 15 and 16, no content was posted on the Kremlin's website," the message states.
The public suggested that Putin's forehead "burst from Botox."
