"When we discuss what European countries and NATO states should consider, it is essential to assess the risks of hybrid threats at the borders," wrote the head of the Office of the President. "The presence of North Korean soldiers disguised in Russian uniforms or Iranian proxies at NATO borders is quite possible if we do not stop Russia now."
Ermak noted that North Korean troops are already fighting in Europe, something that few could have imagined before.
"Impunity breeds permissiveness. We are at a moment that demands strong decisions and decisive actions," emphasized the head of the Office of the President.
