"We are expecting Kellogg; we had an agreement that he would arrive on February 20. I think it will be two days, maybe more. He will go to the front, and I will go with him... I want him to study all the issues and details," said the head of the Ukrainian state.
According to Zelensky, the White House representative will not only negotiate with diplomats but will also engage with the military, including the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi. Meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and military intelligence are also planned.
"We will have a thorough conversation with him about security guarantees... It is important for him to understand everything so that he can bring it back to the White House. I believe that after his return to the U.S., we will know when my meeting with President [Donald] Trump will take place," Zelensky summarized.
Today, it was also announced that Kellogg's meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has been postponed – their negotiations will take place a day later, on February 18. This was reported by European Commission representative Stefan de Keersmaecker, as noted by "European Truth".
