Mihal emphasized that he plans to meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
"Supporting Ukraine until victory will remain Estonia's priority; we will not make concessions," he wrote.
Mihal also noted that "Ukraine's victory is a victory for Europe, the USA, and the entire democratic world."
