In Kherson, Russian occupiers attacked two route taxis with drones, resulting in one driver being hospitalized. This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko.

"Today, on this pre-New Year morning, the invaders targeted two minibuses in the coastal area of the city with drones. One of the drivers sustained an explosive injury. Fortunately, the passengers were unharmed. The vehicle has been damaged," he stated.

According to information from the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Alexander Prokudin, there were four people inside one of the vehicles at the time of the enemy strike.

"As a result of the explosive drop from the UAV, a 39-year-old driver suffered an explosive injury and a concussion. He is currently in the hospital," the official reported.

Prokudin released a video showing the route taxi that was hit by the Russian drone. It is evident that the minibus is significantly damaged - the windows are shattered, there is a large hole in the roof, and seats and the interior are littered with debris. According to local residents, the driver was taken away by an ambulance, and there were three other passengers in the minibus.

Russian Drone Attacks on Route Taxis in Kherson

On December 1, Russian military forces dropped explosives on a route taxi in the Dnipro district of Kherson, resulting in three fatalities and over ten injuries.

On November 30, Russian military also attacked a route taxi with a drone in the Dnipro district of the city. Four people were injured due to the explosion. Women aged 35, 52, and 62 sustained explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds to the abdomen, while a 59-year-old man suffered a leg injury. Subsequently, the head of the Kherson MVA, Roman Mrochko, reported that two more men aged 52 and 49 were injured as a result of the enemy's explosive drop. A 73-year-old man was also wounded.
