An incident occurred in Ivano-Frankivsk on one of the city buses. A female passenger created a conflict with the controllers and other passengers, using foul language and Russian propaganda, reports versii.if.ua.

In a video circulating on social media, one can see how a female passenger sparked a serious scandal that began with a dispute with the controllers, after which other passengers joined the argument.

During the conflict, the woman used profanity, expressed disdain for Ivano-Frankivsk and its residents, and openly praised the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In particular, she wished death upon the city's residents and emphasized that her home was destroyed because of them, not due to Putin and the occupiers who started the war in Ukraine.

Moreover, the passenger resorted to physical violence and attempted to break the bus door.

According to witnesses of the incident, during the altercation, the woman insulted local residents, using the term "Banderites" in a negative context and expressing anti-Ukrainian views.

The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Marcinkiv, responded to this event:

"We are intensifying the campaigns 'Here we speak Ukrainian' and 'City without the occupier's language,' as communication in Russian in Ivano-Frankivsk leads to such cases, proving what these people think, and that reflects in their language."

He also reached out to law enforcement, specifically the SBU, noting that the words of this passenger indicate signs of criminal liability.
