"Currently, Russia is avoiding honest diplomacy. This is why we in Ukraine have developed an action plan that can bridge the gap between the current situation and the successful conduct of a peace summit. For us, this is a plan for victory. For each of your countries, it is a plan for reliable stability. Once the plan is fully implemented, Russia will lose the ability to threaten us, to threaten Europe," said Zelensky.
The President of Ukraine emphasized that he has already presented the victory plan to the United States as Ukraine's largest security donor.
"We are now sharing its provisions with everyone who can help us achieve its goals. You can assist in key geopolitical objectives. The first point of the plan focuses on whether the issue of geopolitical uncertainty in Europe will be overcome. Does Ukraine have a place in NATO? If so, and this is properly confirmed, [illegitimate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir] Putin will geopolitically lose," he stated.
According to Zelensky, "Russia must acknowledge that there are borders in Europe, independent states, and each of them has the right to choose its own future."
"The truth is that Russia's acceptance of this reality can only begin with the understanding that Ukraine will never again be subjugated by Russia. Your countries and peoples are as interested in this outcome as we are. That is why inviting Ukraine to NATO and future membership for Ukraine would be real steps towards peace. Without geopolitical certainty, peace is impossible. Therefore, I thank everyone who is genuinely determined today," he emphasized.
During his speech, the President of Ukraine noted that Ukraine has signed security agreements with 26 countries.
