According to Budanov, the Ukrainian military intelligence is currently awaiting the arrival of "the first units" from North Korea in the Kursk direction.
The head of GUR noted that it remains unclear how many North Koreans there will be and what kind of equipment they will have.
"We will see in a couple of days," Budanov added.
The War Zone reports that there is unconfirmed information suggesting that North Korea has sent not only regular soldiers and special forces to the aggressor country, Russia, but also its fighter pilots.
