In response to a question about the plan of newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Poland emphasized that Warsaw will firmly maintain its position that "the fate of Ukraine cannot be decided without Ukraine."
According to Tusk, Trump's plan is likely still in the preparation stage.
Following his inauguration as President of the United States, proposals can be expected soon, particularly concerning "the timelines for a ceasefire, the borders involved, and security guarantees for Ukraine," the Polish Prime Minister added.
"Decisions regarding the war cannot be made not only over Ukraine's head but also over ours," Tusk stressed.
