"We ensure recovery at sites that have the appropriate mechanisms in place to protect relevant data from potential attacks. A plan has also been developed to create a sort of Pentagon for state registries, which we expect will be implemented swiftly. The relevant team is already working on launching this initiative," Stefanishyna stated.
According to her, the goal of the aggressor country, Russia, during the massive cyberattack on December 19 last year was primarily to undermine the functionality of the state.
"This goal was not achieved, for which I am particularly grateful to the specialists at the Ministry of Justice. However, cyber warfare is ongoing 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As long as a full-scale war with Russia continues, so will the cyber warfare," Stefanishyna concluded.
