As explained in the Verkhovna Rada via Telegram, a list will be created that includes organizations involved in terrorist activities within Ukraine or abroad, posing a threat to national security.
This process will occur regardless of whether such organizations hold legal entity status or are registered by authorized bodies in Ukraine or other countries, as stated in the announcement.
Information about these organizations or groups will be published on the official website of the Security Service of Ukraine and on the Unified State Web Portal of Open Data.
The explanatory note to the draft law indicates that once an organization is included in the list of terrorist groups, it will become possible to impose economic and other sanctions against it.
