In the last 30 years, the world has witnessed too many ruins and deaths, for which Russia is to blame, said Zelensky.

За последние 30 лет мир стал свидетелем множества разрушений и жертв, и ответственность за это несет Россия, заявил Зеленский.

"Today, we continue our international efforts, engaging in new negotiations with partners – very productive discussions: there will be more support in Europe, and increased collaboration. We are currently taking concrete steps to ensure that conversations about Ukraine and all of Europe involve both Ukraine and Europe. I thank each of our partners for their support in this matter particularly," said Zelensky.

He noted that he spoke today with the Prime Ministers of the Netherlands, Albania, the United Kingdom, and Greece.

"Security guarantees are what unites the vast majority. Europe, America, and all our partners around the world need a mutual understanding of how to ensure that [the illegitimate president of the aggressor state, Russia, Vladimir] Putin can no longer deceive anyone and that Russia cannot bring destruction to other nations – everyone from Ukraine and Europe to Syria and countries in the Middle East and Africa," Zelensky stated.

The President of Ukraine emphasized that the world has seen "too many ruins and deaths over the past 30 years, for which Russia is to blame – the Russian army, their intelligence services, their mercenaries."

"The world needs guarantees, and I thank everyone for their support. In fact, we are currently discussing security guarantees with all our partners, focusing on concrete expressions of support: on actions, on aid, on decisions, on messages. Now, on the eve of the third anniversary of the beginning of the full-scale war, it is crucial for all Ukrainians that the world stands with us, is in a strong position, and adheres to the fundamental goals and principles of the UN Charter regarding the sovereignty of nations, the territorial integrity of each state, and the protection of every nation from aggression. Justice must not be a hollow word, and this is important for every people," Zelensky said.
