He reminded that on October 16, he had a conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden, after which the latter announced a new military aid package for Ukraine amounting to $425 million.
"We also agreed that this is part of a plan, and we will be receiving packages very quickly, every two to three weeks, which will enhance our army. I won’t go into details, as I am not authorized to do so. But you will see the details later," the president shared. "I believe the packages will be substantial, ranging from half a billion to $750 million. I think this will be a fairly swift process. It is crucial for us to significantly strengthen Ukraine in the coming months (which is what the victory plan is aimed at) – October to December."
