Zelensky informed about the reports from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, and the Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov.
"Front. Provision. It is very important that the United States is currently increasing its supply of [weapons]. This is necessary to stabilize the situation. I am grateful to our partners," the president noted.
According to Zelensky, "the pace of supplies must be such as to disrupt the tempo of Russian assaults."
"We need a greater force of arms. And strong positions for diplomacy. Each unit, each brigade that provides this brings us closer to the possibility of a normal peace," the president pointed out.
Zelensky also acknowledged the Ukrainian warriors who are delivering long-range strikes on the territory of the aggressor country, Russia.
"And we have the right, necessary results in destroying the enemy's military infrastructure, and only that: Ukraine is defending itself against aggression, and our strikes are aimed exclusively at military targets," the president declared.
