"The plan will be fully ready by November," the president assured. "Currently, thematic conferences are taking place. Five have already been held. The fifth conference – on nuclear safety – took place yesterday in France at the level of energy ministers from allied nations. There was a large representation, with many countries and ministers involved, all of this was prepared. In other words, thematic conferences on each point are being conducted to prepare the first draft of the plan, but in detail."
According to Zelensky, the final conference will be held on October 30-31 in Canada.
"This will be a humanitarian point – the return of our deported children and the exchange of prisoners. A conference on this matter will be held in Canada […] at the level of justice ministers, with [Canadian Prime Minister Justin] Trudeau, of course, and his government will be present. This will be the last point, the final conference," the president explained.
After that, Zelensky continued, all points of the plan will be prepared.
"All documents will be compiled into this comprehensive plan, which is ready for any negotiations. This is our vision, but it is signed by dozens of countries, even a hundred countries. That is, a large number of nations. Following this, we will share this document with all partners who are ready for the next [world] summit. They should also convey this to the Russians, and we will wait for the corresponding feedback," the president emphasized.
Zelensky added that the part of the work promised in Kyiv has been completed by Ukraine.
"From here on, only certain negotiation formats may arise, but the foundation for all this has already been laid," the head of state concluded.
