According to the document, sanctions are being imposed for 10 years on 75 individuals and 65 legal entities.
Additionally, a five-year sanction has been applied against one legal entity – the Ukrainian "Freedom Finance Ukraine."
In a statement following January 13, Zelensky mentioned a new sanctions list, the transcript was published by the press service of the head of state.
"I signed documents today regarding sanctions. A decree on imposing sanctions against Russia's financial sector. 140 different entities. We will continue to work with partners to coordinate our pressure," said the President of Ukraine.
According to him, he also approved a draft law on criminal liability for attempts to circumvent sanctions.
"This is largely a continuation of international practices regarding sanctions. We all understand: the more pressure on the aggressor, the closer we are to peace. Sanctions are one of the most effective tools for justly pressuring Russia and all those associated with it or involved in the war. This draft law will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada," Zelensky emphasized.
