In Odessa, during a massive attack by Russian occupiers that took place on the night of November 15, a woman was killed and ten others were injured. Among the damaged structures were nine multi-story residential buildings, leaving hundreds of apartments without windows and causing roofs to collapse.

Victims told journalists that they are still struggling to recover from the attack.

"I can't speak, it's very hard to talk. The third floor started to burn, everything was right next to me..." said an elderly woman. According to her, she barely managed to escape to the street.

Another resident recounted hearing a distant rumble followed by an explosion. Her husband and son, covered in dust, ran into the hallway, and the family managed to escape. With tears in her eyes, the woman shared that she tried to find her cats, but one animal seems to have perished.

A third family was unharmed because they were in a different location and returned upon learning that their home was on fire.

"We were very worried about our neighbors on the third floor," said a young woman.

Footage shows that all that remains of these people's homes is a pile of rubble and damaged belongings.

On social media, a house in another part of the city was shown, where a 35-year-old woman lost her life. The five-story building suffered significant damage, and in the apartment where the tragedy occurred, there was a complete mess of glass, wall debris, furniture, with children's toys, books, and clothes visible among the wreckage. Crying can be heard off-camera.

The city administration released a video showing the ruins that have become the homes of Odessa residents, along with destroyed apartments and collapsed roofs.

It was also reported that the apartment of Anna Shelest, the director of security programs at the Foreign Policy Council "Ukrainian Prism" and a political science candidate, was damaged in the attack. She too shared photos and videos documenting the destruction.

"That was my apartment... Tell me about the concessions to Russia..." she stated. Later, Shelest clarified that rescuers managed to stop the fire right in front of her apartment door, but the roof was completely destroyed. Her family members were unharmed.
