It appears that North Koreans are planning to transfer drones and other weaponry along with personnel, according to sources from the agency. Intelligence data indicates that Pyongyang is "preparing for troop rotation or an increase in troop deployment in the Russian Federation."
Currently, North Korea is already supplying Russia with 240mm rocket launchers and 170mm self-propelled artillery, stated the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the South Korean military. There are also "some signs" that the North Koreans are moving towards the production and supply of kamikaze drones, which were first introduced in November, according to their assessment.
