"Firstly, we should not be intimidated by Putin's rhetoric or any of his escalation actions. And they do not intimidate us," emphasized the British minister.
Hilli believes that Putin "will not win, no matter how long this lasts," but pressure must be applied to him while making Ukraine stronger.
"This is our imperative, requiring us to work together over the coming weeks and months," he stressed.
