"According to Ukrainian intelligence, based on the available information, next year, if there is no appropriate response or prevention, the Russian Federation will be able to produce 30% more artillery shells than all EU countries combined," said Sibiga.
He urged the European Union to increase investments in the Ukrainian defense industry and to strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation.
According to Sibiga, today the future of European and global security architecture is being decided in Ukraine.
"This did not work in the last century and will not work now. We need real peace, not appeasement, which will lead to an even greater war," emphasized the Foreign Minister.
Sibiga added that a just peace in Ukraine is a guarantee of peace, stability, and freedom throughout Europe.
